PLAYERS
The hospitality is provided from the day before the 1st match, until the morning after their elimination of all the draws (Qualies, Main Draw, Doubles, Consolation) of the tournament (Main Draw players from Sunday January 25th 2026).
Only 1 official coach of the nation with players in the main draw will benefit from free accommodation under the same conditions as the players with a letter of accreditation from his federation.
“Other coaches, private coaches, academies, parents or any kind of non official accompanist are not supported”.
ASSURANCE
Coaches and players must have social security or other insurance coverage.

The reservation must be made through our online booking before January 19th 2026.
Beyond this date, the online booking will be closed. The booking requests that may arrive after January 19th 2026 will not be processed and we would be able to provide you an accommodation at your arrival on site (depending on availability).
Player’s booking in the official hotels start only the day before his/her first match:
– Friday 23th January for the players in Qualifications
– Sunday 25th January for the players in Main Draw
Supports: only the reservations made with the accommodation manager through the official website are supported.
Not respected arrival dates: the costs incurred will be invoiced to the federation or to the person involved.
Additional fees: phone, drinks, etc… are not provided and should be payed straight to the hotel.
Check-out dates: players, coaches or parents should inform the accommodation service the day before their check-out.

Airports: Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrénées (LDE) or Pau-Pyrénées (PUF).
Transfers: airports (LDE or PUF), hotels and Tarbes’ railway station are covered by our transportation service.
Arrivals at Toulouse Airport: Transportation from Toulouse Blagnac Airport is at your expense. There are bus connections between Toulouse Blagnac Airport and Toulouse Matabiau railway station. There is an SNCF railway line between Toulouse Matabiau and Tarbes.
