THE AMERICAN ROAD TO TARBES IS OVER — HERE ARE THE QUALIFIED PLAYERS!

News

After several intense days of competition, the curtain has fallen on the USA Playoffs Wilson presented by AQR, marking the end of an incredible journey for all the young talents who fought for their spot for Les Petits As – Le Mondial Wilson 2026 in Tarbes.

From the very first round, the level of play, determination, and fighting spirit were remarkable. The American qualifiers have now been decided — and they will proudly represent the United States on the world stage next January in France.

After an outstanding run, Isha Manchala confirmed her top-seed status by claiming the title in impressive fashion, winning the final in straight set against Tara Guhan. Her consistency and composure make her one of the players to watch in Tarbes. Completing the quartet, Ana Kapanadze defeating Capri Butera (6/3, 6/4) and clinched 3rd place.

These four young champions will now take the transatlantic road to Tarbes — determined to shine among the world’s best.

On the boys’ side, after an outstanding run, David Bender proved unstoppable, winning the final without dropping a set throughout the entire event. He claimed the boys’ title after a solid performance in the final, defeating Rex Kulman 6/3, 7/6(4). Kulman, who came heartbreakingly close to qualifying last year after a marathon 3h43 quarterfinal loss to Daniel Gardality, once again showcased his fighting spirit throughout the event.

Daniel, making his second consecutive appearance, also earned his ticket to Tarbes and will aim to improve on his previous result, when he reached the second round last year. The final spot in the American delegation goes to Pranav Vignesh, winner of a UTR Regional Qualifiers event, who impressed everyone with his remarkable consistency and high-level tennis all week long.

Congratulations to all and see you in January!
